THE REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES full conference documentation, two luncheons and one cocktail;
ACCOMMODATION: Hotel accommodation and travel cost are not included in the registration fee. We have reserved a limited block of rooms with a hotel at a specially discounted rate. To reserve a room, download the reservation form. Note, the discounted rates are on a first come first reserved basis and will be based on availability.
PAYMENT TERMS are 3 working days; joining details will be sent to the delegates two weeks prior to the event;
SIMULTANEOUS TRANSLATION (from Mandarin to English and vice versa) for the entire two-day event will be provided by a professional team of translators.
CANCELLATION & SUBSTITUTIONS
: Should you be unable to attend, a substitute is always welcome at no extra charge. Alternatively, we will make a promptrefund less service charge of 10% of the fee for cancellations before the 1st of September 2009. Any cancellation that is received between the 1st of September
2009 and the 1st of October will bear 50% of the full liability. Cancellations received after the 1st of October 2009 will bear the full liability of the totalconference fee.
